Instinct Secures $1 Billion Funding Talks Amid Valuation Talks at $10 Billion

AI assistant startup Instinct is in talks for a new $100 million funding round, with an estimated company valuation of around $10 billion (approximately 13.6 trillion won). According to The Information, Instinct founder and CEO Noah Shinn explained the fundraising target to potential investors on October 10.

The size of the funding and the valuation have not been finalized yet. The Information reported that Instinct, which began limited service for some users earlier this year, has seen increased user numbers leading to capacity constraints. Instinct previously raised $250 million (approximately 340 billion won) in a recent round, with speculation that this new funding will be used to expand computing resources.
