Kazakhstan Proposes Establishing National Virtual Asset Analysis Center

Kazakhstan is advancing plans to establish a National Virtual Asset Analysis Center aimed at tracking and analyzing digital asset transactions. Central Bank Governor Timur Suleimenov announced the initiative during a government meeting on the 15th, stating that the center will analyze fiat currency and virtual asset transactions, customers, wallets, and transaction histories using a regulatory technology platform called 'SupTech.' The National Bank of Kazakhstan plans to link the center with a fraud prevention hub and grant access to analytical tools for banks, law enforcement agencies, and licensed digital asset service providers.
