Kioxia Considers Issuing ADRs Worth at Least $10 Billion

Japanese semiconductor firm Kioxia is considering the issuance of U.S. Depositary Receipts (ADR) to raise at least $10 billion (approximately 1.343 trillion won), according to a report by Blockvits.

The report also noted that over 80% of economists expect a September Federal Reserve interest rate hike amid rising global oil prices.
