Kraken Parent Company Discusses Providing Hyperliquid HIP-3 Perpetual Futures via Bitnomial

Payward, Kraken's parent company, is advancing plans to provide Hyperliquid (HIP-3) perpetual futures trading to U.S. users through the regulated exchange Bitnomial, according to Foresight News. The report noted that regulatory approval remains pending.
Hyperliquid's official documentation states that HIP-3 allows external developers to deploy their own perpetual futures markets, with market creators responsible for defining and operating the market. Deploying on mainnet requires staking 500,000 HYPE tokens.
