Nostra Protocol Suspended After Oracle Manipulation Allows $3.5M Loan

Starknet lending protocol Nostra reported that a single account borrowed approximately $3.5 million (about 48 billion KRW) in assets using NSTR as collateral, following alleged manipulation of the NSTR price oracle. Crypto publication BitIncrptio reported on July 17 that Nostra's price oracle was manipulated, enabling the loan. Nostra has suspended all lending, borrowing, withdrawal, and liquidation functions while conducting asset reconciliation, according to BitIncrptio. The possibility of recovering the funds remains unclear.
