Nscale Files for NYSE IPO Amid $140.6M First-Half Revenue

AI data center company Nscale has submitted its registration statement for an initial public offering (IPO) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company reported first-half revenue of $140.6 million (approximately KRW 194.2 billion) and a net loss of $102 million (approximately KRW 1.4086 trillion). Nscale announced on August 18 (local time) that it has applied for listing on the New York Stock Exchange through its S-1 filing with the SEC. The number of shares to be offered and the offering price have not yet been determined, though the ticker symbol will be 'NSCL'. According to the SEC filing, Nscale recorded revenue of $10.4 million (approximately KRW 14.4 billion) and a net loss of $368.9 million (approximately KRW 509.4 billion) during the same period last year.
