Nscale, Supported by NVIDIA, Submits IPO Filing to SEC

Nscale, an AI datacenter company supported by NVIDIA, has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in preparation for a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listing. The company announced on October 18 that the number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined. Nscale submitted its application to list common stock under the ticker symbol NSCL on the NYSE.

The SEC filing states that the registration statement has not yet taken effect, and no securities can be sold until it becomes effective.
