Ondu Finance Joins DTCC Fund/SERV Network for Tokenized Funds

Ondu Finance has joined the U.S. Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Fund/SERV, a core trading and distribution infrastructure for the American fund industry. This move establishes a foundation allowing tokenized funds to connect with existing fund managers and asset management platforms across traditional finance distribution networks.
On October 16 (local time), Ondu Finance and DTCC announced that Oasis Pro Markets, a subsidiary of Ondu, has joined Fund/SERV as a member. Oasis Pro Markets is a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and tokenized investment product distributor. According to Ondu, this marks the first time a tokenization platform has participated in Fund/SERV.
Fund/SERV supports over 85% of mutual fund activity in the United States through its fund transaction processing and distribution network. With this membership, Oasis Pro Markets can now trade with fund managers, asset management platforms, and service providers through a single standardized connection without requiring individual system integrations for each fund.
Through Fund/SERV, users can integrate account-level data, trade confirmations, settlements, fund distributions, tax reporting, and regulatory reporting with existing financial infrastructure. Ondu stated this development establishes the foundation for distributing its tokenized funds across the broader traditional fund ecosystem.
DTCC described this participation as part of a strategy to expand interoperability between traditional finance and digital asset markets. The goal is to connect legacy market infrastructure with tokenized assets, building an intermediary layer for next-generation capital markets.
Talia Klein, Managing Director of DTCC's Asset Management & Investment Solutions division, stated: 'As financial markets continue to evolve, interoperability between traditional infrastructure and the digital asset ecosystem will be a critical factor in scaling and widespread market adoption.' She added that Ondu's Fund/SERV participation demonstrates how existing industry infrastructure can support fund innovation through reliable standards, scalability, operational resilience, and industry connectivity.
Ian de Board, Acting Chairman and CEO of Ondu Finance, said: 'As the first tokenization platform to join Fund/SERV, we've established a direct connection between tokenized funds and traditional fund distributors via DTCC.' He emphasized that with a single standardized connection, Oasis Pro Markets can now trade with fund managers, asset management platforms, and service providers without separate integration work. 'This establishes the critical infrastructure needed for tokenized funds to expand into mainstream markets,' he added.
This connection does not involve issuing new tokenized funds but rather creates an access point allowing tokenized financial products to leverage existing U.S. fund market trading and distribution infrastructure. Ondu has moved away from requiring individual institutions to build separate systems, enabling broader connectivity with traditional finance distribution channels through DTCC's standardized network.
