Oracle Protocol Switchboard to Shut Down by September 25

Oracle Protocol's Switchboard has decided to discontinue operations and is requesting that utilizing protocols migrate to an alternative service by September 25. The Switchboard announced the shutdown on September 19, with immediate cessation of maintenance for existing implementations. Remaining support will end on September 25.
