A dispute over a $23.75 million USDC (approximately 32.5 billion KRW) hack from Ostium's liquidity vault has moved to a hearing at the U.S. District Court in New York. Ublockchain reported that ESS Frontier LLC filed a lawsuit against the Ostium Foundation, Ostium Labs, and co-founder Kaledora Kiernan-Linn, citing its status as a debt assignee seeking enforcement of an arbitration order and appointment of an arbitrator. The court's public records indicate a hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. EST on July 17th (3 a.m. KST on July 18th), where the court may request evidence submissions and hear testimonies from relevant parties.
