Partior Integrates with LSEG's DiSH for 24/7 Cross-Border Payment Network

Partior has integrated with the London Stock Exchange Group ($LSEG)’s digital payments platform DiSH to build a payment network that manages interbank liquidity around the clock. The two parties aim for a commercial launch by Q1 2027 after industry testing. LSEG announced the strategic partnership on July 17, with Partior, DiSH, and participating banks currently conducting industry tests. Production environment transition and additional commercial bank participation are expected to begin in Q1 2027.
LSEG’s official announcement states that Partior’s existing payment banks include DBS, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, and Standard Chartered. The payment network supports USD, EUR, and SGD. Once integrated, each bank will be able to pool and settle balances with other payment banks through DiSH’s custodial accounts without establishing new direct bank connections. This structure manages liquidity without the need for traditional interbank account links.
Traditional cross-border bank payments typically required using conventional networks during business hours, necessitating pre-positioning funds or securing credit lines outside of operating hours. The new system compensates for this by tokenizing deposits. DiSH adjusts payments across independent payment networks and digitally moves commercial bank deposits between multiple accounts. Tokenized deposits allow digital movement and settlement of bank deposits on a ledger.
The partnership connects Partior’s multi-currency payment network with LSEG’s tokenized cash infrastructure to reduce interbank liquidity gaps, supporting USD, EUR, and SGD. This enables banks to manage balances across currencies while responding to payment demands in multiple currencies. Future expansion may include same-day foreign exchange payments and repurchase agreement transactions using delivery versus payment (DvP) and payment versus payment (PvP) settlement methods.
However, the current service remains in industry testing phase, not commercial operation. The 24-hour payment functionality may be affected by routine maintenance or emergency outages.
