Payward Plans to Build U.S.-Focused HIP-3 Perpetual Futures Market on Hyperliquid

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced it plans to build a U.S.-focused HIP-3 perpetual futures market on the Hyperliquid blockchain, subject to regulatory approval. In its statement, Payward revealed that its subsidiary Bitnomial will create, own, and manage the HIP-3 market, handling contract settlements and payments. NinjaTrader Clearing, a subsidiary brokerage firm, will manage U.S. customer accounts. Payward also stated that Hyperliquid's on-chain order book will match and record trades. U.S. users must pass NinjaTrader's review and be listed on both NinjaTrader and Bitnomial's approved lists to trade on the market.
