PeckShieldAlert: FET and NTX Suffer $2 Million Virtual Asset Loss

Peach.AI and NewNet have reportedly suffered approximately $2 million (around KRW 28 billion) in virtual asset losses following a series of attacks attributed to the same perpetrator. PANews cited PeckShieldAlert monitoring, stating that 8.7 million FET tokens (approximately $1.53 million or KRW 21 billion) were drained, while NewNet saw an additional issuance of 48.5 million NTX tokens (about $462,730 or KRW 640 million). The price of NTX dropped by around 65% following the attack. The attacker reportedly converted the stolen funds into 546.36 ETH (approximately $144,000 or KRW 2 billion).
