Polymarket and Kalshi Traders See Clarity Act Passage Probability Hit Weekly High

As the U.S. Senate prepares for its first procedural vote on the Clarity Act ahead of full committee review, predictive market traders have seen the probability of the bill's passage reach a weekly high. According to CoinDesk, Polymarket traders currently estimate a 30% chance of the Clarity Act passing before year-end, up sharply from 12% in early September. Kalshi has also seen significant movement, with the probability of the act passing by October 1, 2027, rising from 26% to a peak of 64% within ten days, now holding steady at 53%.
