ProCap Financial to Join Russell 2000 and 3000 Indices on September 21

U.S. Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin-focused financial company ProCap Financial (BRR) announced it will be included in the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices starting from the U.S. market open on September 21 (local time). The company plans to change its name to Silvia effective September 22, with its stock ticker changing from BRR to SVIA.
