ProCap Financial to be Included in Russell 2000 and 3000 Indices; SVIA Ticker Change Set for September 22

Bitcoin financial firm ProCap Financial ($BRR) will be included in the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices. The inclusion will take effect simultaneously with the U.S. market open on September 21. In a statement released on September 18, ProCap Financial announced that this inclusion is part of FTSE Russell's 2026 Q3 IPO inclusion criteria. The Russell 2000 is an index tracking small-cap stocks in the U.S., while the Russell 3000 encompasses the broader U.S. stock market. ProCap Financial plans to change its corporate name to Silvia and update its common share ticker from BRR to SVIA starting September 22, with warrant tickers also changing from BRRWW to SVIAWW.
