ProCap Financial Sells 50 BTC to Buy Back 2.2% of Common Stock

ProCap Financial (BRR), led by Anthony Formpliano, sold 50 BTC to repurchase 2.2% of its common shares, according to BitcoinTreasury.

This transaction reduced the company's Bitcoin holdings to a total of 5,254 BTC. The treasury stock acquired so far represents 12.2% of the company's outstanding shares.
