RobinScan, the dedicated explorer for Robinhood Chain, has replaced its previous interface with a new design after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Etherscan's legal team. According to Portside News, RobinScan received the notice several days ago, which cited six elements of its current interface as infringing, including the search bar, homepage layout, and 'Got it!' cookie banner button. Instead of pursuing legal action, RobinScan opted to redesign its interface, apologizing for data loss and delayed queries experienced during the transition. The service was previously launched for Robinhood Chain's mainnet, which has a chain ID of 4663. Blockchain explorers like RobinScan are used to view transactions, blocks, wallet addresses, token movements, and smart contract information. This update highlights how interface design and operational structure can become subject to legal disputes. The resolution timeline for data loss and query delays remains unclear.
