Seven Democratic Senators Commit to Bipartisan Efforts on Clarity Act

Seven Democratic senators, including Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Senator Mark Warner, Senator Ruben Gallego, and Senator Angela Alsobrooks, have stated they are 'committed to working in a bipartisan fashion' to pass the Clarity Act, a comprehensive bill aimed at clarifying regulatory oversight for digital assets.

The announcement comes amid early efforts to restart bipartisan negotiations over the legislation. According to sources familiar with the matter, both sides are assessing whether there is willingness to resume talks before year-end to advance the bill.

Earlier this week, the Senate failed to pass a procedural vote on the Clarity Act, requiring 60 votes for cloture but receiving only 49 in favor and 50 against. The vote did not determine final passage of the bill but highlighted ongoing challenges in advancing regulatory clarity for digital assets.
