Shiba Inu Shows Recovery Despite Major Exchange Inflows

Shiba Inu (SHIB) has shown signs of recovery following a substantial exchange inflow, with the price stabilizing without further sharp declines. According to blockchain media U.Today on May 19 (local time), after a period of high volatility, trading patterns and daily price structures have gradually stabilized.
On-chain data shows an increase in exchange inflows to 46.5652 billion SHIB, up 2.46% from the previous day, with outflows at 35.0424 billion SHIB. Net inflow reached approximately 11.5228 billion SHIB, with an average of about 11.32 billion SHIB per transaction.
Typically, tokens moved to exchanges are quickly sold, making large inflows a warning sign. However, this time the price did not react as weakly as before. SHIB rebounded from below $0.00000480 to around $0.00000537 on the daily chart, showing a long lower tail and strong buying after the drop.
Following this, SHIB rose above the short-term moving average range of $0.00000500–$0.00000520. While an upward reversal is not yet confirmed, the reduced selling pressure suggests a possible shift in market dynamics. Despite high exchange inflows, further declines did not occur, indicating diminishing effectiveness of selling pressure.
Network activity also remained stable, with total token movements increasing by 1.09% to approximately 3.6 billion SHIB, transaction counts rising 0.96%, and transfer attempts up 1.03%. Unlike previous price declines, on-chain activity did not slow down significantly.
Overall, the market has not yet entered a clear bullish phase, but with high exchange inflows maintained without triggering continuous drops, the market structure appears to be gradually improving.
