Sihao Huang has joined Anthropic to lead its frontier compute strategy, according to a report by PANews. The announcement cited Huang's work alongside Tom Brown, Anthropic's chief compute officer and co-founder, to advance infrastructure expansion and forge industry partnerships in response to the swift progress of artificial intelligence.

Huang's personal website notes his previous role as senior policy advisor for AI and emerging technologies at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) under the Trump administration. Anthropic's official leadership page lists Tom Brown as co-founder and chief compute officer.
