StackBTC Proposes Acquiring Precious Metals Seller to Secure BTC Accumulation Funds

London Stock Exchange-listed Bitcoin reserve company StackBTC has proposed acquiring precious metals seller Direct Bullion for up to £12 million ($16 million) to secure cash flow needed for additional BTC purchases, according to CoinDesk. CEO Kwasi Kwarteng explained that the strategy involves capital raising to directly buy BTC while also using funds generated from the acquisition to purchase more Bitcoin.

StackBTC currently holds approximately 68 BTC.
