Strategy Acquires $176.3 Million in STRC Preferred Shares

Strategy acquired 1.81885 million STRC preferred shares for $176.3 million (approximately 239.8 billion KRW) from August 31 to September 7. The per-share basis amounts to $100. In a report filed on September 8, Strategy disclosed the purchase of 1.81885 million STRC shares for $176.3 million using cash during that period. The company also raised its preferred share buyback program limit from $1 billion to $2 billion and reported an remaining budget of $119 million (approximately 1.6184 trillion KRW) as of September 7.

Strategy warned that if it funds the purchases through ordinary share sales, existing shareholders could face dilution.
