Strategy Acquires STRC Shares Instead of Bitcoin

According to a filing submitted by Strategy on September 14, the company purchased 1.42467 million STRC perpetual preferred shares from September 8 to September 13. The purchase was funded entirely from its dollar cash balance. During this period, Strategy did not buy or sell any BTC and also did not engage in stock sales.
