Strive Adds 469 BTC, Total Holdings Reach 25,000

Strive has added 469 Bitcoin (BTC) to its holdings for $36.6 million, bringing its total holdings to 25,000 BTC. The purchase was funded through the issuance of Series A perpetual preferred shares (SATA), rather than common stock proceeds. Strive also holds 505,000 STRC preferred shares from Strategy and $24.2 million in cash. The company has expanded its Bitcoin treasury this year through direct acquisitions and assets secured via a merger with Semler Scientific.
