Strive Buys 469 More Bitcoin, Holding Rises to 25,000 BTC

Strive ($ASST) has purchased an additional 469 Bitcoin (BTC), raising its total holdings to 25,000 coins. The acquisition, valued at approximately $36.6 million (about 49.3 billion KRW based on September 14 exchange rates), was made between September 8 and 11 at an average price of $77,954 per BTC, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company reported that its holdings increased from 24,531 to 25,000 BTC.

CryptoBriefing noted that this purchase was part of a variable-rate Series A perpetual preferred stock transaction known as SATA, which also involved expanding the issuance scale of the SATA.
