Strive Expands Bitcoin Holdings to 25,000 BTC with Additional Purchase

Strive (ASST) has added 469 Bitcoin (BTC) to its holdings, bringing the total to 25,000 BTC. The acquisition cost $36.6 million (approximately 49.3 billion won). In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Strive disclosed that it purchased 469 Bitcoin between September 8 and 11 at an average price of $77,954 per BTC, including fees and costs. This increased its holdings from 24,531 BTC on September 4 to 25,000 BTC.
CEO Matt Cole stated on X that the entire purchase was funded by SATA, noting that SATA's nominal outstanding balance has exceeded $1 billion. Cole also mentioned that Strive's leverage ratio has risen to 53.5%.
