Unauthorized transactions occurred on XRP HealthCare's XRPH wallet, prompting users to immediately transfer assets to another wallet. On September 4, XRP HealthCare announced via an X post that multiple unauthorized transactions had taken place involving XRPH and XRPHAI assets. The company advised users not to use the affected wallets until further notice. XRP HealthCare reported that approximately $452,000 in assets were drained from around 4,011 wallets, with related transactions beginning on September 3.
