UNI Surges 29% Amid Trading Surge, Domestic Focus at 1.9%

ONDO has become the most popular coin domestically with a 25.4 times higher domestic trading share compared to global levels, ranking first among 59 listed coins by interest index. PYUSD and WLD also ranked high in domestic focus, while XRP maintained a trading volume of 23.33 billion won.

As of 5 p.m. on September 19, ONDO led the domestic interest index with 85.8 points, accounting for 4.55% of domestic trading. WLD followed at second place with 81.6 points (3.60%), and ARB third with 78.4 points (3.56%). Daily domestic trading volumes were ONDO 66.4 billion won, WLD 52.5 billion won, and ARB 52 billion won.

Among the 59 coins traded both domestically and globally, 41.5% of activity concentrated in the top 10. PYUSD had the highest domestic-to-global trading ratio at 38.2 times (domestic 2.83%, global 0.07%), followed by ONDO at 25.4 times, WLD at 15.6 times, and XLM at 11.7 times.

Conversely, coins like USD1 saw higher global trading shares (global 0.68%, domestic 0.01%), with similar patterns for BNB, HYPE, and CAKE having lower domestic ratios.

Korean exchanges combined with Binance accounted for 13.3% of total trading volume as of September 17, up from 11.9% 30 days prior. This figure represents the share relative to Binance alone, not global market share.

UNI saw the most significant increase in trading activity compared to usual levels, with its price rising 40% over the same period. NEAR and ONDO also experienced higher trading volumes. The highest Kimchi Premium was INJ at 0.54%, followed by USDE at 0.54% and CAKE at 0.53%. PEPE showed a negative premium of -0.99%, with MNT at -0.68% and VVV at -0.49%.
