UniSwap v4 Malicious Hook Uses Fake Quotes to Manipulate DeFi Trading

A malicious UniSwap v4 hook has been reported to manipulate trading routes by initially offering appealing swap quotes through aggregator routing, then altering its operation when the user's transaction is finalized. CryptoSlate reported that the malicious hook can present favorable quotes via aggregators to be included in the trading path, before switching to a different behavior at settlement.
