UniSwap Wallet Sells 500K UNI After Accumulating 1M Over Six Months

A virtual asset wallet has sold 500,000 UNI tokens after accumulating one million over six months, realizing approximately $1.502 million in profits. Foresight News reported that an address starting with 0xa03 purchased UNI between September 2025 and February 2026 through staggered purchases, investing a total of $5.59 million at an average purchase price of $5.59 per token. The acquisition price ranged from $9.23 to $3.19 during the buying phase. The address recently sold 500,000 UNI tokens within the last four hours, with profits totaling around $1.502 million. The wallet still holds 500,000 UNI tokens after the sale, having disposed of half its accumulated holdings. The remaining holdings' future movement remains undisclosed.
Large-scale UNI movements have been observed before. A previous instance saw a UNI investor move 9.295 million UNI to Coinbase Prime hot wallet, though it is unclear if this was the same entity as the current address. This transaction represents a case of long-term staggered accumulation followed by partial selling from a single wallet. However, individual wallet transactions alone are insufficient to determine UniSwap's price direction or overall market demand.
