Upbit, Seoul City Host Financial Golden Bell Event for Youth

TwoNamu, the operator of cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, announced on Thursday that it will host the 'Seoul X Upbit 'Upclass Financial Golden Bell' event at Banpo Hangang Park's Moonlight Square main stage on the 19th in collaboration with Seoul City.

The Financial Golden Bell event will feature questions on financial basics, credit and loans, digital assets and future finance, as well as prevention methods for new types of financial fraud such as voice phishing, QR code scams, and deepfakes.

TwoNamu will provide pre-event learning content related to digital assets and future finance through Upbit's official YouTube and Instagram channels to help participants familiarize themselves with key concepts before the event.

The Financial Golden Bell will be conducted by having participants solve questions on their personal mobile phones during the event. It uses a cumulative scoring system where incorrect answers do not result in elimination, allowing participants to continue until the final question.

An Upbit representative stated that the event was designed to make finance and digital assets more approachable for young people who may find them challenging, adding that they plan to continue fostering proper financial knowledge and understanding of digital assets.
