US Democratic Senator: CLARITY Act Will Not Be Derailed

According to podcast host Eleanor Terrett on 'Crypto in America,' Alsobrooks emphasized that over 70 million Americans participate in an unregulated industry and that there is a responsibility to regulate it. She also criticized Republican leadership for refusing to hold President Donald Trump accountable for issues she described as corruption within the crypto industry, stating they are playing political games. Alsobrooks previously voted in favor of moving the CLARITY Act to full Senate consideration during May's Banking Committee hearing and cast an opposing vote in this recent cloture vote.
