US Ethereum Spot ETF Sees $142.3M Outflow in One Day – Largest Since January

U.S. Ethereum spot ETFs experienced a $142.3 million net outflow on September 15 (Eastern Time), the largest daily outflow in approximately eight months since January 30.

The outflow ended two consecutive days of net inflows that had persisted since September 11. Among issuers, BlackRock's ETHA saw $98 million exit, while BlackRock's ETHB recorded a $12.4 million inflow.

Net inflows for the month of September through September 15 totaled $33.4 million, compared to $1.836 billion in August. Cumulative net inflows since the July 2024 launch stand at $1.336 billion, with BlackRock's ETHA attracting $129.953 million and Grayscale's ETHE seeing a $5.418 billion outflow.

The ETF outflow may increase the likelihood of Ethereum price declines.
