US Markets Mixed at Open as Crypto-Related Stocks Plunge

U.S. markets opened mixed amid a slight decline in major indices, with cryptocurrency-related stocks falling sharply.

According to BlockBeats, a U.S. market index opened slightly lower: Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.2%, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite each down 0.1% at the open on Monday.

Crypto-related stocks saw steeper declines. Circle (CRCL) dropped 5.97%, Coinbase (COIN) fell 5.52%, Bitmain (BMNR) declined 4.77%, Blish (BLSH) dropped 4.25%, and MicroStrategy (MSTR) decreased by 3.1%.

Meanwhile, some tech stocks rose: NVIDIA gained 0.8%, Intel increased 1.6%, while Microsoft and Oracle declined 0.8% and 0.5%, respectively.
