USD.AI Secures $40 Million Stablecoin-Backed Revolving Debt Financing from K3 Capital

AI infrastructure finance protocol USD.AI has secured $40 million (approximately 53.9 billion KRW) in stablecoin-backed revolving debt financing from K3 Capital. In a press release issued on the 15th, USD.AI explained that the financing is provided against collateral of yield-bearing token sUSDai, allowing funds to be withdrawn and repaid as needed for reuse. The loan has a three-year maturity with monthly principal repayments, while sUSDai's funding inflow and outflow cycles are shorter, according to the company.
Kiril Nikolov, co-founder of K3 Capital, stated that supporting trusted teams addressing market inefficiencies is part of K3's strategy, adding that they provide short-term credit backed by sUSDai. David Choi, CEO of Permian Labs, noted that USD.AI is preparing to launch a new financial product designed for more flexible short-term capital utilization.
