Virtual Asset Liquidations Hit $58.09M in One Hour as Long Positions Dominate

As of 3:42 a.m. on June 16, a total of $58.09 million (approximately 78.2 billion won) in virtual assets were liquidated across Binance, Bybit, and OKX within the previous hour. Of the 6,189 total liquidations, long position liquidations accounted for $51.38 million or 88%, while short position liquidations totaled $6.71 million. The data was compiled directly from the public liquidation reports of the three exchanges.

Breakdown by exchange showed Binance at $31.07 million, Bybit at $11.11 million, and OKX at $15.91 million. Ethereum led with $21.3 million in liquidations, followed by Bitcoin at $12.3 million and XRP at $8.01 million.
