XRP ETF Accumulated Inflows Reach $171.2 Million Amid Regulatory Clarity

American spot XRP ETFs have accumulated total net inflows of $171.2 million (approximately KRW 230.6 billion). 21Shares highlighted regulatory clarity, institutional accessibility, XRPL adoption, and XRP's fixed supply as investment drivers but noted that increased ledger usage does not automatically translate to token holder value without verification.
SoSoValue reported that on September 14, U.S. trading day, the daily net inflow for spot XRP ETFs reached $11.255 million (approximately KRW 15.2 billion), bringing total assets under management to $157.6 million (approximately KRW 212.29 billion). This represents a 1.71% ratio of XRP's market capitalization.
Daily net inflows for XRP ETFs have been concentrated in Bitwise products. Net inflows indicate the amount of funds entering ETF products. However, ETF fund flows and XRP price or long-term holding demand are influenced by separate factors.
21Shares explained that seven U.S. spot XRP ETFs launched starting November 2025, raising $130 million (approximately KRW 175.11 billion) in their first month. The company emphasized that regulated investment channels for XRP are now available without direct token custody.
XRPL transaction data was also provided. 21Shares reported that XRPL processed approximately $50 billion (KRW 67.35 trillion) in on-chain value over the past 12 months. The supply of Ripple's dollar-pegged stablecoin RLUSD has grown to around $1.6 billion (approximately KRW 215.52 billion) since launch, while XRPL's tokenized real-world assets reach approximately $4 billion (KRW 538.8 billion).
These figures are based on 21Shares' internal analysis. The company noted that institutional use of XRPL for payments does not necessarily require long-term XRP holdings, and increased ledger usage alone cannot be assumed to directly boost token demand.
XRPL is a distributed ledger that uses XRP as its base asset. Network transaction activity and token holding demand typically do not align, depending on how users fund transactions and liquidity. Supply structure also plays a role: XRP has a fixed supply of 100 billion tokens created at launch, with over 14 million burned in transaction fees. Escrow releases could impact circulating supply based on scheduled timelines.
21Shares stressed that XRPL usage and sustained XRP demand must be validated separately. While ETF inflows and network activity have been confirmed, further verification is needed to determine how these metrics relate to long-term holding demand. Ultimately, ETF net inflows reflect expanded institutional access, while XRPL payment and tokenization activities indicate network adoption. The connection between these metrics and XRP value remains complex and cannot be determined from either metric alone.
