XRP Partners with University of Louisville Basketball Courts to Permanently Display Logo

Ripple has entered into a multi-year partnership with the University of Louisville athletics department, permanently displaying XRP logos at their home basketball court. Starting this season, XRP branding will be featured in all men's and women's basketball home games at the Denny Crum Court within the KFC Yum! Center.

The logo will appear on sideline scoreboards inside the arena, as well as across official digital channels, social media platforms, and radio broadcasts for both men's and women's basketball. This partnership aims to expand XRP awareness while reaching college sports fans through a new channel.

The deal includes educational support from Ripple, providing financial and technology education programs that cover traditional finance and digital assets for student athletes and campus communities. Unlike typical sports sponsorships, this initiative connects directly with academic programming at the university.

Ripple's partnership with Louisville follows recent agreements with the University of Florida and the University of Kansas athletics departments. These moves align with NCAA rules allowing corporate advertising in college facilities starting in 2024, creating new opportunities for brand exposure through collegiate sports.

Kim Danron, President of Running Field's Sports Property division, stated that the partnership aims to increase XRP's presence in the college sports market. The key elements include 'the Louisville and XRP partnership' and 'permanent court display,' combined with digital exposure, audio broadcasts, and educational support, making it more comprehensive than a simple logo sponsorship.
