XRP has regained $1.40 as attention turns to the expansion of XRPL's lending infrastructure. The XRPL 3.4.0 update, released on April 16, includes an amended LendingProtocol V1_1 with closed-form vaults and cash-based accounting, broadening its use beyond payments into lending, tokenized assets, and liquidity sectors. According to The Crypto Basic on April 19 (local time), the latest version also enhances existing lending protocols and expands single-asset vault functionality.
