XRP, ZEC, BTC, ETH Test Key Resistance Levels After August Gains

Ripple (XRP), Zcash (ZEC), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH) are continuing adjustments near key technical price levels after their August rallies. All four assets maintain short-term upward momentum but have yet to break through major resistance lines.
U.Today reported on September 15 that XRP is trading above the $1.33–$1.35 range, facing resistance at $1.398 and $1.42–$1.45. A recovery above $1.45 could target $1.50–$1.55, while a drop below $1.33 would see support at $1.28 and $1.20–$1.25. XRP's daily RSI has fallen to around 56 from overbought territory, signaling reduced momentum and some cooling of previous overheating, though technical analysis alone cannot confirm price direction.
Zcash showed the highest volatility among the four assets, rising from below $500 in August to approximately $1,280 by September before settling around $1,147 at the time of analysis. Short-term resistance is noted at $1,160–$1,200, with a clear break above $1,280 potentially targeting $1,300. A drop below $1,050 could see corrections toward $1,000 and $950. Zcash has also widened the gap from key moving averages, with short-term at around $950 and longer-term at $800, $680, and $550, raising potential for volatility due to profit-taking.
U.Today's September 11 analysis highlighted Bitcoin's critical support zone of $76,000–$77,000. BTC has been consolidating near $78,250, with resistance at $80,000–$82,000. After rising from around $63,000 in August to above $80,000, Bitcoin's momentum slowed but remains above the long-term moving average of approximately $73,000. A recovery above $79,000 could test $80,000–$82,000 again, while a break below support would expose downside to $72,800–$73,000.
Ethereum is trading between $2,400 and $2,550, with initial resistance at $2,520–$2,560. A daily close above $2,560 could target $2,650–$2,700, while support lies at $2,400–$2,440. Losing that zone would see the next support at $2,300 and moving averages around $2,200–$2,250. After rising from approximately $1,880 in August to above $2,500, ETH has maintained most of its gains but faces repeated resistance near $2,560, weakening short-term momentum.
Market data varied slightly by source and timing: CoinMarketCap AI reported XRP at $1.40 on September 14, while U.Today cited around $1.398 for the analysis date. The common support levels across all four assets are XRP at $1.33, ZEC at $1,050, BTC at $76,000, and ETH at $2,400. Whether these levels hold and whether resistance zones are broken will determine if the August gains continue.
