Zama Launches 16 Confidential Deposit Vaults on Ethereum for Morpho

Zama has opened 16 confidential deposit vaults on Ethereum for Morpho, launching a privacy swap protocol. The targeted assets include USDC, USDT, AUSD, and TGBP. The Block reported that Zama has enabled confidential access to Morpho's existing 12 non-confidential deposit vaults while creating four dedicated confidential vaults. The first vault was launched in June alongside Morpho and Steakhousе Financial, reaching $40 million in total deposits within seven weeks.

The Block also noted that Steakhousе Financial manages some vaults, with Wintermute's Armitage, Flowdesk, RockawayX, and Bitwise also participating as administrators. The Zama swap protocol is designed to allow users to trade cUSDC, cUSDT, cAUSD, cTGBP, and confidential vault shares without revealing transaction size or intent. This feature will initially be available on the Zama application, with Utila, Zerion Wallet, and Yield.xyz planning integration within weeks.
