Zcash and Litecoin Added to Robinhood Europe's Supported Assets Ahead of EU AML Regulations

Zcash (ZEC) and Litecoin (LTC) have been included in Robinhood Europe's list of tradable assets as the European Union prepares to implement its Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) in July 2027. U.Today reported that Robinhood Europe now lists both cryptocurrencies as supported assets for trading on its platform.
The AMLR, effective from July 10, 2027, includes Article 79, which prohibits virtual asset service providers from holding accounts that anonymize customers or transactions. The move aligns with the upcoming regulatory framework requiring enhanced transparency in crypto transactions within the EU market.
